Education and Experience:
Pharm.D or Pharm.B with 10 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A Production Pharmacist at Festel is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate production documentation. They monitor production processes, verify raw materials, manage batch records, and ensure proper operation and cleaning of equipment. They also coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams, ensure workplace safety and hygiene, and guide production staff to achieve quality and timely production targets.
