Education and Experience:
- Pharm-D/M.Phil. (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent qualification.
- 7-9 years of experience in formulation R&D (solid dosage / liquid / sterile preferred).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and QbD principles.
- Hands-on experience in scaling up and technology transfer.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation and process development for new and existing products.
- Ensure scale-up from lab to pilot to commercial production with successful technology transfer.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and Production teams for process validation and optimization.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Conduct trials, analyze data, and propose improvements for cost and yield optimization.
- Stay updated on new technologies, raw materials, and regulatory trends in the industry.
- Supervise and train R&D staff to enhance technical competencies.
